Our idea for the music video to I'm Sexy And I Know It is to have different people changing body parts then posing as if they were taking a profile picture image. To produce a successful video we are testing the editing techniques by using two people and filming them then combining them.
After uploading the video to express cut we selected the person who's head we wanted to use and clicked on motion to crop the bottom of the person so we could just see there head on the screen. Then we selected the other person and cropped the head so it was just the body this part was successful however, when we played it back the head and the body wasn't matched up and looked like the head was coming off the body. From this experiment we have learnt that we should make sure everyone is lined up correctly according to the green screen, to do this we are going to put see-through tape at the end of the screen were the shoulders, body and feet should be so that when it comes to editing everyone will be on the same line. In the official video we will also have to use a technique to make the background colored.
